I've tried loads of these duplicate eliminators and few work properly. At first I thought this was going to be ok but its a pain because I have to specify all the paths to exclude (many). Like so many other Windows apps, the user interface is at first sight feature-rich but subsequently found to be ergonomically flawed.

I successfully dowloaded Duplicate Radar. I selected my 250 gig C drive and tried to run the program. Unfortunately it has now crashed three times prior to completion of analysis at +/- the 75 % point. I am running Vista ultimate and office 2007 enterprise. Since downloading, I have not been able to successfully run the progrem. Any suggestions why this is happening?

Simple easy to use program, cleared over 2000 duplicate files and images in an afternoon.Highly recommended

It worked fine until the end, when it was time to delete the selected files--then nothing happened. I run a Vista Home Premium, 64. The same had happened to me with another free program--does everything it is supposed to do except delete the duplicate (and triplicate, etc) files! Do you think it might be the Vista, or did I miss pushing some critical button? I cannot give an overall rating because it did not work for me. Sorry! Thanks for the opportunity to try your program.

It caused more harm than good. I simply want to automatically delete duplicated files. The software was way too complicated. It moved my files, renamed them and separated it into separate folders by date. And I wasn\'t so sure if detection takes forever. Didn\'t work for me. Thank you though.

I have tried this program to halp manage duplicates over a couple of days. So far Easy Duplicate File Finder 2.2.4 is stable, not only performing as expected but has some unexpected features that I am happy to see incorporated.

This program worked great! It helped me remove over 50GB of duplicate files.

Opinion It deleted all the music off my computer, since I had jsut recently doubled copied all of it to the new computer. now its gone and I blame THIS program

Not user friendly For an administrator of many computers, with a high level of computer language expertise, this program looks as though it would be useful. For my purposes, as an individual attempting to "clean house", particularly with my many text files, I have discovered that Mac OSX, with its smart folders in spotlight, may be much faster than using your program.I note that you do not use English well, and this may be a problem, if your are directly translating what is called "geek" talk into colloquial English.
